ROASTED SWEET POTATOES
Ingredients:

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size cubes

1 tbsp of brown sugar (more if you want it sweeter)

Pinch of ground ginger

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Things have really picked up at Henderson's Best Fresh Cuts, LLC....we have accomplished signing new contracts for the business, therefore we are currently hiring for 1st shift and 2nd shifts. ** WOW ** Summer is upon us and we've been so busy supplying our vendors and schools with ready-to-eat packages of fruit and vegetables. ** GOOD NEWS ** we have new packaged products we've been working on the last month to perfect all requirements of the USDA/DOD. These products are available now! We can provide you with a serving as small as 1/2 c (2.05 oz) - up to 1 or 2 lb bags of your fruit and vegetables.
