U-pick apples are ready, and Labor Day weekend is the perfect time to make a day of it at the farm!

Join us Friday, September 4–Monday, September 7 for our Labor Day Harvest Festival featuring:

Take aim and see if you can hit the targets! There’s just something ridiculously satisfying about launching an apple across a body of water. 😂🍎

🌽 CORN MAZE
Get lost for a little while! Wind your way through the corn, take a few wrong turns, and see who in the family actually has the best sense of direction. 👀

🚂 COW TRAIN
A farm favorite for the little ones! Climb aboard and take a ride around the farm — smiles are pretty much guaranteed. 🐄

And when you’re finished playing, head to the bakery for hot apple c***r donuts, fresh-pressed c***r, apple c***r slushees, Mountain Glaciers and plenty more. 🍩🍎

Make a whole day of it — pick some apples, play on the farm, grab something good to eat and soak up the beginning of apple season in the mountains. ❤️

🍎 Around here, we’re known for a few things…

Five generations of farming.
Rows and rows of apples.
A bakery that smells like c***r donuts and cinnamon all season long.

And a tractor on top of a silo. 🚜

People ask us ALL the time: “Why is there a tractor up there?!”

Well… legend has it Grandad got a little turned around in the cornfield one day and decided he needed a better view. He just kept driving higher and higher until—somehow—he ended up on top of the silo.

And nobody ever figured out how to get him back down. 😂

At least… that’s the story we like to tell.

We are once again floating in beans—and cushaw squash, too! 😂

🫛 Half-runner green beans — $40 per bushel
🫛 Greasy beans — $50 per bushel
💚 Cushaw squash — just 65¢ per pound

Cushaw squash has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and can be used much like pumpkin. It’s delicious in pies, breads, muffins, soups and casseroles—or roasted, mashed and frozen for later.

We have cushaws smaller than this one…and believe it or not, we have some even bigger! Come pick the perfect size and stock up while we have plenty! 🍂
