Introducing our 2026 bottle lineup! We listened to the many requests last year and are offering various sizes from 8oz up to 32oz this year!

Reminder that we will not be at Fletcher Farmer’s Market tomorrow, but we will be reopening our farm stand on Sunday 6/14 from 2-5pm! We will have all these sizes available plus bakery offerings - be on the lookout for that menu the end of this week 😊🍯🍞🍪

There are a lot of enjoyable parts about honey extracting and also a LOT of sticky, goopy, sensory overloading parts of extracting 😂 But watching this combined with the delicious smell of extracting was *chef’s kiss* 😍

The honey is all extracted and we have a final amount for this harvest!! Drumroll please…
512 pounds!!! Which means we had a tie between TWO winners on Facebook who both guessed 500lbs by 11:59pm 6/4 - Christa Keller Lance and Megan Myers Burleson! Congratulations, you’ve each won a 1lb jar of our 2026 wildflower honey! Please send us a message and we’ll coordinate getting your prize to you!

Here is our June schedule! We will start back to our front porch farm stand on Sunday, June 14th from 2-5pm 🥳 Then we’ll do the next two Saturdays, 1-5pm. We plan to alternate weekend days periodically as we did last year so check the monthly calendar to be sure which day it’ll be each week.

📍During open hours, the farm stand is at 806 Brookside Camp Rd, Hendersonville.

We are so thrilled to announce we are stocked with our 2026 wildflower honey! We will have 8oz, 1lb, and 2lb jars and 1lb plastic squeeze bottles available at Fletcher Farmer’s Market this afternoon from 3-6pm!

This is has been a massive undertaking all spring but especially this past week with many late, late nights and help from our family (thank you, again!). While we still have more to pull, extract, and bottle we’re taking a moment to enjoy this beautiful sight 🥹 Be sure to comment on our last post how much honey you think we’ve pulled so far, for a chance to get a free 1lb jar!

✨ Giveaway time! ✨
We got roughly 2/3 of the honey pulled off the hives last night 😮‍💨 Now we are working on extracting this weekend! This is a total of 14 deep hive boxes with 8-10 frames in each box depending how thick the comb is. Leave your best guess below of how many pounds we’ll end up with from this pull and the person who comes closest to the total pictured here will receive a free 1lb jar of honey! And then share or tag your friends so they have a chance to guess as well!! 🐝🍯🤩

Guessing will stay open through Thursday, 6/4 and we will announce the amount Friday! Winner must be able to pick up their jar at our farm stand or at Fletcher Farmer’s Market.

Sourdough loaves and cookies up for grabs!
We just received word that our farmer’s market for today is canceled due to weather. When I began bakery prep on Sunday it was forecasted to be sunny today so I went ahead and prepped my usual 30ish loaves, which now need new homes! I use all organic flours and freshly mill a portion of flour for each loaf I make. Here’s what I have available for porch pickup today:
- 8 Classic sourdough loaves. Crusty, chewy, naturally leavened but not too sour. $10/loaf
- 10 Soft sourdough sandwich loaves. Tender crumb with the addition of butter and slightly sweet thanks to our own honey. $11.50/sliced loaf
- 8 Mini classic loaves. Same sourdough as the classic loaf but in a smaller, 8oz size. $4/loaf
- 3 packs of brown butter sourdough chocolate chunk cookies. 5 cookies per pack, $6.50/pack

Message us to reserve your order! I would love to be able to cover my costs but if I can’t, I’ll be donating these tomorrow. I’ve gotten great suggestions before but if you know of any person or any nonprofit right now that needs nutritious bread, let me know!

We’re getting ready to pull honey this week! Hoping for a little break in the weather that coordinates with our work schedules so we can get them off and get to work extracting. Our hope is to have more than last year which means it will be a very full week/weekend getting it all done, therefore we will not be accepting any bakery orders for this weekend (5/31). Be sure to pick up any baked goods you need at the Fletcher Farmer’s Market on Tuesday! We are bringing roughly the same stock of full sized loaves that just barely made it through last week, so come as early as possible. We’ll post updates as soon as we can on honey availability! 🐝🍯🤩

We’re counting down the days until we can pull honey but the bees are hard at work with their foraging trips. Did you know that honeybees can fly up to 3-5 miles away to forage? Can you imagine taking a 350+ mile jog to and from work each day?! That’s the human equivalent to 3 miles for a honeybee! 🤯🐝 Just another reason they are such incredible little creatures!
