Over the past 20 years, Gammon’s has continued to grow and change right alongside our community. And now, we’re so excited to finally welcome you into our newest expansion! Doors open tomorrow morning (Friday) at 7am!🙌🏼

20 DAYS OF GAMMONS 🤍 | DAY 18

After many years of an incredible partnership with Juice Nashville (now Franklin Juice Co.) our story together entered a new chapter.🍓🍊

As Gammon’s continued to grow, we knew we needed more room for retail and more space for customers to comfortably move throughout the market. Instead of ending a partnership we loved, we found a way for it to grow with us.

We merged Franklin Juice into our coffee shop and café, where you can now order their delicious açaí bowls, while their cold-pressed juices are stocked in our fridges and ready to grab & go.

Making this change also opened up their former space for more retail, allowing us to continue expanding what we offer throughout the market.

After all these years, we’re so thankful to continue this partnership, just in a new way that allows both of us to keep growing. 🤍

20 DAYS OF GAMMONS 🤍 | DAY 17

Over 20 years, not every season of growth has meant staying in one place. At two different points in our story, we took Gammons into new communities…

In 2015, we opened Town Square Creamery & Country Market in Gallatin, TN. We operated there for a couple of years before making the decision to close that location and refocus our time and energy on Hendersonville. (shown in last picture)

Then in 2022, we expanded again, this time to Wedgewood in Nashville. During our time there, we also had the opportunity to be part of the start of the Wedgewood-Houston Farmers Market, setting up every Wednesday and becoming part of another local community. After about a year, we once again made the decision to bring our focus back home to Hendersonville.

While neither location was permanent, both were important chapters for us. They gave us the opportunity to meet new people, introduce Gammons to different communities, try new things, and learn lessons that helped shape the business we have today.

Sometimes growth means expanding, and sometimes it means recognizing where your roots are strongest.🌱

For us, that has always brought us back to Hendersonville.❤️

In 2020, a whole new chapter began at Gammons — coffee! ☕️

Narrow Gate is a Middle Tennessee organization rooted in Christian discipleship, helping young men discover their identity, purpose, and develop skills through hands-on training and meaningful work. Their mission went far beyond simply selling a product, and that was something we really connected with.✨

Our relationship with Narrow Gate began through the Hendersonville Farmers Market, where they would set up as a vendor, and we also began carrying their coffee beans inside the market. We loved their mission and what they stood for, and eventually, the idea came about to partner together and bring a coffee shop to Gammons.

They helped us design the space, learn the operations, and figure out how to turn an idea into something we could actually run. And we had a lot to learn! For about the first three months, we gave our coffee away for free so our team could practice, build their skills, and learn along the way.

Over time, what started small really began to take off.

In July 2025, we gave the café another big refresh, creating a space where you could not only grab a cup of coffee, but sit down, stay awhile, and enjoy it.

Today, our coffee shop has grown into so much more…seasonal drink menus, pastries from local bakers, a space filled with people gathering around the tables, and a team that continues to learn and create.

From giving away cups of coffee just so we could practice to what this space has become today… we’re pretty proud of how far it’s come. ☕️🙌🏼

For many years, one of our favorite traditions was our annual Farm to Table Dinner. 🌿

What started as a way to celebrate local food became an evening centered around everything we’ve always valued at Gammon’s… bringing farmers, local businesses, and our community together around the table.🍽️

Each year, guests enjoyed a dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients, along with music and an opportunity to celebrate the people behind the food.

Looking back on these dinners brings back so many good memories. It was such a fun fall night to celebrate the end of summer. They were a special reminder of just how much connection can happen around a table and how important supporting local has always been to us.🤍

What started with a simple breakfast menu and a few grab & go options has grown into a pretty big part of Gammons today.✨

Our Cottage Café began small… sandwiches, salads, pre-cut veggies and a handful of homemade favorites. Over time, and especially after opening our coffee shop in 2020 (more on that soon!), the café really began to grow.

Today, we’re serving breakfast, lunch, and a much bigger grab & go selection with items such as chicken salad, pasta salads, guacamole, charcuterie, wraps, homemade soup, and so much more.😋

Our café allows us to incorporate fresh produce directly from the market into many of the items we serve. Each morning, our kitchen prepares fresh breakfast, lunch, and grab & go options for the day, bringing the quality and freshness of the market straight to our café.🌿

Our kitchen may be small, but it sure is mighty!💪🏼

During some of the harder seasons of business, we were always looking for ways to pivot, grow, and keep moving forward.

One of those moments led us to Stephanie with Juice Nashville. We met her at the Franklin Farmers Market, started talking, and before long decided to partner together. She opened a Juice Nashville space inside our market, taking over the area where yoga had previously been.🍎

Years later, Juice Nashville became Franklin Juice Co. and expanding their menu to include açaí bowls and cold pressed juice popsicles.😋

About 6 months ago, we merged operations and you can now find their cold-pressed juices stocked in our fridges and order açaí bowls through our coffee shop!

We’ll forever be grateful for a partnership that became such an important part of our story and played a key role in helping us grow into what Gammons is today.🤍✨

One of our favorite traditions over the years, Farm Fresh Food Fest! 🍅🌽

We started Farm Fresh Food Fest as a way to celebrate the local farmers, makers and vendors who have always been such an important part of our market.

We intentionally held it in February, when things were a little slower for many of our farmers. During the growing season, they’re busy doing what they do best…farming! We wanted to give them an opportunity to step away from the fields, come into the market, and share their stories and what they do with our community.🌱

The store would fill with local farms and artisans sampling fresh produce, cheeses, coffee, baked goods and so much more. It gave our customers the chance to meet the people behind the products and gave us another way to celebrate what shopping local is all about.❤️🫶🏼

We held these every year until 2020, when we took a pause. We eventually brought them back a little differently, spreading vendor visits and tastings throughout the week. As the market has continued to grow and get busier, we’ve put them on hold for now.

Looking back at these photos has us thinking though… maybe Farm Fresh Food Fest needs to make a comeback one day? 👀
