🧡 Field & Kitchen by Caja Solidaria is a pay-what-you-can restaurant, and they are offering some lovely specials for the Asheville Vegan Chef Challenge this month!
They are open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving up three VCC options loaded with ingredients grown right on their own farm and by local producers.
Roll up for the BBQ Collard Rolls, featuring beautiful farm-grown collard greens wrapped around a savory local mushroom and black-eyed pea stuffing, all brushed with a smoky maple adobo BBQ sauce. 🌿 Then dive into the Quinoa Crunch Salad, a protein-packed bowl celebrating spring crops like fresh peas, carrots, cabbage, and cilantro, all tossed in a rich peanut dressing. 🥗 And yes, the famous Carrot Dogs are on the menu!
