Asheville foodies, are you looking for fresh, farm-to-table goodness that supports the community? 🥬

🧡 Field & Kitchen by Caja Solidaria is a pay-what-you-can restaurant, and they are offering some lovely specials for the Asheville Vegan Chef Challenge this month!

They are open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving up three VCC options loaded with ingredients grown right on their own farm and by local producers.

Roll up for the BBQ Collard Rolls, featuring beautiful farm-grown collard greens wrapped around a savory local mushroom and black-eyed pea stuffing, all brushed with a smoky maple adobo BBQ sauce. 🌿 Then dive into the Quinoa Crunch Salad, a protein-packed bowl celebrating spring crops like fresh peas, carrots, cabbage, and cilantro, all tossed in a rich peanut dressing. 🥗 And yes, the famous Carrot Dogs are on the menu! If you missed these kid-friendly, adult-approved favorites at Hendo Earth Fest, now is your chance to build your own with all your favorite toppings. 🥕

Hello beautiful neighbors!

Did you know that Field and Kitchen is participating in the Vegan Chef Challenge - Southeast!? For the month of June, we have 3 new menu items to share with y'all. All you gotta do is come on in and eat one of these dishes and if you like it (you're gonna love it), give us a vote!

We are featuring our Crunchy Quinoa Salad, Collard Rolls and Carrot Dogs (tastes just like a hotdog, which is amazing)! We are also featuring produce from local farms- Clem's Organic Gardens, Caja Solidaria, Crazy Growing, and Saluda Grade Farm just to name a few! Stop in and see us Mon-Fri, 11am-3pm! We look forward to serving you a healthy, organic, plant-based lunch!
