The Stepp family has been inviting guests to pick their own apples for 40 years at our orchard in Hendersonville, NC. We invite you and your family to visit our 70 acre working farm and U-Pick Apple Orchard in Hendersonville NC nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina near Asheville. Stop by the Hillcrest Orchard and pick your own apples and pumpkins – it’s good clean fun (except for the dirt) in a beautiful country setting.

🐶 Dogs are welcome on the farm, but not allowed in the Apple House, on the wagon ride, or in the corn maze.

We're keeping a close eye on the vines and checking the sugar levels to make sure the grapes are perfectly sweet before they're ready to pick. They're not quite there yet, but we're hopeful they'll be ready for you around opening day on August 15—or shortly after!
