We're also an active community resource that helps feed the local e

conomy and Hendersonville community as a whole by sourcing from local, organic products whenever possible. Oklawaha Brewing Company is dedicated to making small batch, high quality artisanal ales. Our brew pub offers locally made Roots hummus and encourage guests to bring in food from local restaurants. Our taproom has 16 rotating taps featuring 3 flagship brews, Bobby Beer, our award winning Kolsch, Hop Pig, an American IPA and our rich & creamy Puma Porter. Other taps are dedicated to seasonally inspired flavors and often incorporate produce from local farms. This refers to not only traditional beer ingredients such as hops, barley, wheat, and rye, but fruits, vegetables, spices and additional grains as well. We source the majority of our grain from Riverbend Malt House which uses only local grain.

Core Values. Apple cinnamon blonde, 4%. Crisp, light, real apples, real cinnamon. Nothing unholy happened to it, which after reading that comment thread feels like an act of restraint.

Speaking of the thread. You gave us bacon hazy. Corn on the cob with a shot of butter. A pastrami on rye passion fruit smoothie IPA. Someone wanted glitter. Someone wanted a b**r made with dog treats. We read all of it. Some of them are going in the notebook, which you should take as both a compliment and a threat.

But apples won. In Henderson County, apples were always going to win.

Apple Fest weekend. You know the drill.

Opening early all four days. Feta Flav slinging specials all weekend, and there’s a band on our stage every night of the festival — Club Rewind Friday, stipebros Saturday, and the Felonious Monks Sunday afternoon.

We are one block off Main when Main gets to be a lot. Cold b**r, awesome cocktails, delicious food, and amazing bands all weekend long!
