A ½ lb. handcrafted beef patty from Emily's Livestock , hot country bacon from Tennessee Grass Fed , creamy goat cheese, fresh tomato Kyndle and Zach Erhard: Produce Farmers and our house-made habanero aioli, all stacked on our signature brioche sourdough bun.

🤎Our Herb-Grilled Tri-Tip Sandwich is made with tender, flavorful tri-tip — a beef cut from the bottom sirloin that’s known for its rich beefy flavor and juicy texture.

🪴We season it with fresh herbs, our original Holy Smokes Seasoning and grill it to bring out that delicious smoky flavor, and slice it thin for the perfect bite.

🍞 Then we pile it onto our scratch-made sourdough brioche bun and top it with our original BBQ sauce, grilled onions, and homemade garlic aioli. The combination of smoky, savory, slightly sweet, and garlicky flavors is what makes our West Coaster one you’ll want to come back for.

Come shop, visit their mini pumpkin patch, and join us for scratch-made dinner from our kitchen to yours. ✨

From our sauces and seasonings to our buns and everything in between, we make our food from scratch with clean, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, free from seed oils and harmful ingredients.
