Wicked Hot Sauce I make hot sauce and only sell it for $8 a bottle! More sauces coming soon! I started my journey seeking to create my own buffalo sauce absolutely from scratch.

Turns out Cayenne peppers are hard to come by and very seasonal. But it did get me absolutely obsessed with Lacto-fermentation. Using a salt brine I could age my peppers and blend it into a sauce without any additional vinegar. After a couple tries I decided to take the steps to making an official sauce. Only available in MN for the time being I hope to expand in the near future. Only $5 a bottle. - Walker Citterman
