It’s that time again. We have two calves going in to Hennessey Processing LLC next week. They should be ready towards the end of the month. Let me know if you are looking to fill your freezer for the spring.

We are really pleased with how this steer finished this past month. He already has a home, but I have 4 more coming off over the next 8 weeks.

Today is . What better day to celebrate the importance of local cows than to buy beef from a local farmer! We have beef in the freezer and halves (half a cow) going to the processor in the next couple of weeks. They say . We say ! Contact us for prices.

I’d like for you to meat my 6 bovine friends. They are patiently waiting their turn to go into the pen full time before they leave the farm (one of them will go in this week). Let me know if you or any of your friends are interested in bringing one of them home in 9 weeks.
