Here’s a look at a few of the hand-selected 2- and 3-year-olds at Valles Quarter Horses. We intentionally held these horses back from last year’s and previous foal crops with plans to offer quality prospects in this age category.

Each one is backed by proven ranch, rodeo, and all-around AQHA bloodlines. We’re proud of the prospects we’ve raised and excited to see what their futures hold.

SOLD
♨️ SMOOTH AS A SMOKE ♨️

Here’s a c**t we truly believe could be a program changer and a serious future stallion prospect.

Smooth As A Smoke is a May 2025 c**t by our Valles Quarter Horses stallion, Fadedd. He has the pedigree to get your attention, but his looks make him even harder to overlook — two blue eyes, a bald face, four white legs, beautiful conformation, and the kind of color and presence that immediately catches your eye.

Now take a look at what’s behind him.

His pedigree traces back to some of the most legendary names in the performance horse industry, including Triple Crown Champion and $600,000+ earner A Vintage Smoke, along with Smooth As A Cat, Colonels Smoking Gun “Gunner,” and Hollywood Dun It.

That is a serious combination of proven performance genetics, and this c**t has every right piece on his pedigree.

With his markings, conformation, pedigree, and overall presence, we believe Smooth As A Smoke has the potential to develop into an outstanding performance prospect and eventually a serious stallion prospect for the right program.

Being a May 2025 baby, his starting days are getting closer, and we’re excited to see what he develops into.

Smooth As A Smoke is currently being offered for consideration in the low 10s.
