Stunning tuna marinated in soy, ginger, sesame oil, white w**e, brown sugar then grilled - duck stock reduced with lemongrass, ginger, Thai peppers & shiitake powder - sweet potato puree w/orange & ginger - grilled oyster mushrooms - confetti salad of yellow & gold tomatoes, cucumber, Thai pepper, orange pepper, red onion, basil & mint w/evoo & lime juice.
