Saturday emergency call. From 1 gallon per minute to 12. This customer previously didn’t have enough flow to take a shower or even wash their hands. After replacing the submersible pump, and then using special techniques, we were able to clear the well line below grade to the house, and restore full flow. Restoring flow preventing the customer from having to have a new well line trench to the house and saved several thousand dollars.
