Lord tonight we pray for the cowgirl fighting mother nature. The cold has crept into her bones and yet she's still fighting with every cold step to keep her animals comfortable. From ice to feet of snow and everything in between, she questions her sanity every time she pulls on her coat and gloves. We pray Lord for strength and comfort when fragile farm life doesn't make it through and she has to say goodbye. We pray for grace and forgiveness when frustrations boil over as the doors, gates, and waters freeze up. May she be reminded of the gift it is to be called to be a caretaker of the animals of this earth.
Proverbs 12:10
“The righteous care for the needs of their animals…”
