This challenge is all about increasing posture awareness throughout the day. Maintaining good posture can help:
Reduce muscle strain
Improve comfort while working
Increase energy and focus throughout the day
Challenge Goal: Set an hourly reminder on your phone, computer, or watch to pause and check your posture throughout the day.

From Brazil to Tennessee — talk about a long farm visit! 🇧🇷✈️🐖

On May 22nd, Tosh Farms had the pleasure of welcoming approximately 25 farmers from across Brazil for a special visit and tour of our operation!

With Mr. Jimmy Tosh leading the tour, the group had the opportunity to visit areas of our operation, including our Flat Storage & Farm Shop, where they were able to see firsthand the work that goes into modern pork production.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Flavio Salvadego from CAEP Brasil (Communicating for Agriculture Education Program) for choosing Tosh Farms as part of their agricultural experience in the United States. It was an honor to share the history of Tosh Farms and provide insight into every step of the process — from crops to hogs and everything in between.

We hope our guests enjoyed their time with us, made lasting connections, and gained valuable knowledge to take back home. Thank you again for visiting Tosh Farms! 👏

We were incredibly honored to be a part of Farm Day 2026 at Turner Angus Farm alongside so many amazing farms, businesses, volunteers, and agricultural families from across our community. 💙🌾🐖

Seeing hundreds of children and families connect with agriculture firsthand was truly special. From meeting our piglets to enjoying pork chops and learning more about Tennessee farming, we loved every moment of sharing what we do at Tosh Farms.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, visited with us, and helped make this event such a huge success. Events like this remind us how important it is to educate, inspire, and grow the next generation’s connection to agriculture.
