Good morning ya'll!

I'm trying my hand at making homemade onion and garlic powder, but my food processor and blender are not breaking it down fine enough.

What is everyone using to accomplish this? Do I need to break down and use mortar and pestle?

Please advise. I've already dehydrated it in my dehydrator for 8 hours, but it's just so chunky. Pic attached if my current texture.
