Today will be spent prepping root crops , making sand plum jelly and fried pies for tomorrow. The greens get picked just before market tomorrow morning….

These freeze well, then reheat in toaster oven or air fryer!!

I am set up for the evening at the intersection of Main St and Nth 5th.

I have fried pies: apple, apricot, and blackberry blueberry mix, but only only three left of the Porter peach …

I also have sand plum jelly, two or three other jellies, Texas Christmas pickles, (a sweet dill with Tabasco) and candied hot peppers.

We also have a few greens left from this morning‘s farmers market .

Things are coming along nicely-this mornings rain should be a good boost!!
