Breakfast prep: scrambled eggs with spinach and ground beef, salt and pepper. I portioned it into mini sundried tomato basil tortillas (0 net carb mission tortillas) and threw these into the freezer. Will be pulling out 2 mini tacos for breakfast, easy when I’m on the go.

My lunch packed for tomorrow consists of roasted turkey on a bed of baby spinach leaves with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese dressing! Tomatoes and green olives and a nut mix consisting of raw almonds, walnuts and pistachios on the side!
