As many of you know, Amado will need to leave the country to pursue the next steps toward becoming a resident of the United States. This is incredibly difficult news for our family, but we remain hopeful and are holding on to faith as we navigate this next chapter.
If anyone would like to help by writing a letter in support of Amado’s residency, please reach out to us. Every letter, prayer, and kind word means more than you could ever imagine. If you would like to stop by, give Amato a hug, or say goodbye and wish him well before he leaves, he will be at the food truck on Tuesday & Wednesday this week.
Tacos Hometown will continue operating for now, with hope in our hearts that Amado will be able to return home soon. This community has become so much more than customers to us — you are family, and we are so grateful for every single one of you. We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes to keep Tacos Hometown running 💚
Love, Tacos Hometown 💚
