Those beautiful strawberries 🍓 are clean and ready for storage!

🦉 Here at The Hangry Hub, produce is a big part of our menu. Lettuce, Strawberries, green onions, tomato’s, etc. Cleaning produce is not a suggestion, it is MANDATORY. Just take a look at that dirty water. 🫣 The selection and cleaning process is tedious but well worth it when the final dish is served.

These strawberries were bathed in cold water and vinegar, dried, and are now resting in cold storage. They are ready to be cut and served fresh this weekend‼️

Twin Eagle Lake Estates and Hideout we will see you next weekend alongside our good friends at Loco Tacos & Birria.

We are being told this is a SOLD OUT weekend‼️

Hours posted are that of The Hangry Hub ONLY. We will be onsite all weekend. We’re thinking of taking some time to ourselves at some point too. Going to be a good weekend. Lots of great food to choose from. We’re ready to party! 🦉

Alright. Change of plans! We received our THIRD 100% inspection of the year! 2 in Jeffco and one in St Francois county! To celebrate, we’re going to work even harder today. 😂We’re leaving DSS momentarily and moving down to 6 Tactical right down the street 10283 Business 21 here in the City of Hillsboro, Missouri until about 4:30. Then we’re gonna shoot on over to Turtle Cove in the City of Festus for 6:00 practice with the Festus Tigers Youth Football. We’ll be right alongside BYOB Coffee & Dirty Soda in Festus too‼️

Shout out to American Pi & Grill for the referral to 6 Tactical. We’re gonna be able to stay busy for a few more hours before practice. 😎
