Well after saving all the strawberries 🍓 from the yard we were finally able to start the strawberry wine. Can't wait to drink the finished product.

This wine has 8lbs of strawberries pureed that was strained thru cheesecloth one pack wine yeast and 8 lbs of white sugar.

Got the chickens in the freezer over the weekend. We tried out the new chicken plucker and home made kill cone. They both worked out great especially on the trailer set up. After 7 hours of work and an over night brine, we ended up putting 128 lbs of meat in the freezer.

It's been a stressful couple of weeks, but we always have the zen of our garden to help relax us. The grapes 🍇 are filling in beautiful, and setting up for quite a bit of fruit. The fruit garden looks amazing and is producing close to a pound of strawberries 🍓 a day. The raspberries are starting to set up some fruit, and are filling in wonderfully. Apple trees are growing fast looking definitely looking forward to harvesting apples 🍎 one day. We got the new garden bed turned and ready for all the tomato 🍅 and pepper 🌶 seedling to get planted next week. We also have an extreme amount of carrot flowers,carrots 🥕 will be a borderline plague next go around.
