Pay Day and Grason had a great day Sunday at the Carsen Perry Futurity! They marked a 91.28, placing 3rd and bringing home a check and a buckle! So proud of these two and the consistency and great outs they continue to show. Be on the lookout… Pay Day’s maternal brother will be in our upcoming production sale September 10th!

What a blessed weekend!

411 Pay Day had a solid out yesterday with a 90.90, placing 4th, and turned it up today with a 92.50 for the win! He finished 2nd overall in the average!

92.08 for Weston & 404 Pretty Boy today!

Weston has put a lot of time and work into this bull, trying to get him really figured out and believing in him every step of the way. We’ve seen what Pretty Boy is capable of, and we knew those big numbers were coming. Today at the ABBI event in Glen Rose, they did just that.

There’s something really rewarding about watching your kid’s hard work pay off. Proud of Weston for staying patient, putting in the work, and proud of 404 Pretty Boy for showing everyone what we knew was in him.

A good day for these two!

We’re proud to say 404 Pretty Boy is a Crown D Cattle ranch raised calf and so is his dam.

Yearling bull Crown D 218

Investment opportunity September 10th on Elite Breeder Sales.

He is sired by Page 87G, who is a Magic Maker son out of a Bruiser daughter back out out of the dam to Hard & Fast. He was a half interest calf in the Pages yearling bull sale who got crippled.

His dam Crown D 203 is also in the sale. She is a daughter of Page 821F Makers Mark and a Hocus Pocus cow that goes back to the dam to 57F Hell Right.

We’re about 8 weeks away from our first Crown D Cattle Production Sale on Elite Breeder Sales.

What started as a dream has turned into 13 years of long days, late nights, setbacks, victories, and a whole lot of faith. Every bull, cow, calf, and every decision has been made with one goal in mind… to build a herd we’re proud of.

On September 10th, we’ll be offering bred cows backed by some of the industry’s most proven genetics, along with half-interest bulls eligible for the Maiden and the Super Select Incentive. These aren’t just sale lots to us, they’re animals we’ve poured our hearts into and believe they all have bright futures ahead.

Update on 504

Dr. Genova texted and recommended MagnaWave therapy to help support his healing process.

Thankfully, we have a great friend who specializes in MagnaWave and has worked on our bulls many times. We gave her a call, and she came out this evening for 504’s first session.

He absolutely loved it. He stayed calm the entire time, completely relaxed… even drooling… That is a great sign that he was comfortable and enjoying it.

The plan is for 504 to receive MagnaWave treatments every other day for the next several weeks as we continue doing everything we can to help him heal.

We’re thankful for everyone who has reached out, and all the kind words. We’ll continue to keep you updated on his recovery.

504 is still not named but we’re working on that with our partners Allemand Livestock Co. they sent us a good one other night. So name to possibly be announced eventually.

One of our favorite yearling bulls, 504, injured himself yesterday, and we knew immediately something wasn’t right.

We made the decision to get him to Oklahoma as quickly as possible to see Dr. Genova, and we’re incredibly thankful we did. After examining him, she found that he had broken his leg right at the growth plate. Thankfully, she was able to get it casted, and she’s confident that with proper care, he’ll make a full recovery in about 8 weeks.

We can’t say enough great things about Dr. Genova. She was incredible to work with, and we’re so grateful for her expertise and the care she gave.

Keep 504 in your prayers as he begins the road to recovery. We’re looking forward to seeing him back better than ever.
