This week I dreamed up two new creations.

First up is Pioneers Dream, (still workshopping the name) A Graham cracker crust layered with double dark chocolate brownies, and topped with homemade toasted Marshmallow!

Second is The Chester (after my doughnut-loving grandfather) a doughnut stuffed with scratch made Marshmallow pastry cream!

See, I can be profesional and serious and advertise like the other big boy businesses.

Liquor license update. Well, to my utter suprise it seems the government is not very efficient. After waiting 89 of the 90 days we finally got news that there was a small typo and we had 18 hours to contact the IRS and correct the error or the license would be denied.

It was 3pm on Friday. So now we are awaiting the refund of the first deposit, so we can re-apply for the license with the refunded deposit!

In the meanwhile, I guess Ill just tan another cow hide and wait for government efficiency to do its thing. 🫡

Our Crispy Buttermilk Ranch Chicken sandwich is so good, my kids eat at least 3 per week, each. No joke, You'd think after a year they would get bored of it but nooooo.

Even days I dont work, I end up going in because all 3 of the girls want one for dinner. And all I can do is smile and say "As You Wish"

So these sammiches travel home for my Girls. 🥰
