We have switched over to only offering baked goods by private sale only. We are located local to Herkimer and Ilion. If anyone is interested let us know and we can make what you want. We can also deliver if it’s local. 😊

We will be putting out baked goods at Renewed and Rescued Wednesday Thursday and Friday this week but we leave Saturday to head down to our daughters in NC for a week for a family vacation. We will not be set up at The Food Truck Frenzy this week. We hope you stop into Renewed and Rescued to grab some goodies! We will be back to put out at the food truck frenzy in a few weeks!

Let us introduce ourself! The Happy Baker 🧑‍🍳 we are cottage bakers with a home processing license to make baked goods in our home and sell them. We currently sell at Renewed and Rescued and we also set up at the Ilion Food Truck Frenzy on Wednesdays! Starting the end of June we will be setting up at the Frankfort Farmers Market on Saturdays. We will also be selling our goods through the Taste of NY program at The Mohawk Valley Welcome Center on the NYS Thruway! We appreciate everyone that has taken time to stop into Renewed and Rescued as well as The Food Truck Frenzy and bought some of our baked goods! We also offer private orders as well! Stop into Renewed and Rescued some day or stop by one of the markets when we are set up!

Today at Renewed and Rescued in Mama’s Country Cupboard we will have banana bread muffins, cinnamon raisin bread, espresso brownies and Rocky road brownies. Stop by until 4:30pm 😊

So today at the Ilion Food Truck Frenzy we will have Twix Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookies, homemade cinnamon raisin bread, Rocky Road brownies, Pretzel Brownie Bites, and Espresso Brownies! We will be there 4-8pm today!

Prep day today for the Food Truck Frenzy tomorrow! First item we are making is brown butter chocolate chip cookies and Twix chocolate chip cookies!
