All proceeds will help send the Oregon State Champion Meats Evaluation Team to the National FFA Convention and the Echo Valley 4-H team to the National Western Stock Show. These students have worked hard to achieve the opportunity to compete on the national stage and represent Echo.

WHAT - Your choice of the below tri-tip options for your4th of July party or to use as and when you wish.

WHEN - Pick up in front of Echo School, July 3rd from 4:30 pm - 5:30pm

PRICE - $40 per tri-tip roast. Roasts will be seasoned, smoked (unless otherwise selected), wrapped and packed to stay warm or ready to freeze. On average, they weight about 2.5 lbs. Preparation, as well as cooking to be done by the Meats Team and supervised by Raymon Smith.
