In the middle of the night, in my dreams… I’m pretty sure this is what Taylor was singing about. 🍎🍯🤎

Some things just never get old. 🥹🎂

Our Birthday Cake Cheesecake was one of the flavors that made me fall in love with City Hall Cheesecake LONG before I bought this little business back in 2018. And all these years later, she’s still one of my favorites!

Our creamy original cheesecake with birthday cake batter baked right in, loaded with sprinkles, sitting pretty on a graham cracker crust, and topped with vanilla sauce and a dollop of buttercream. Y’ALL. 🤤

I decided to take a little bite just to make sure she was as good as I remembered.

Next thing I knew, HALF THE SLICE WAS GONE. 😂

So, yes. She’s still got it. And apparently, I have absolutely no self-control around her. 🤷‍♀️

Our Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake is one of those creations that makes us famous for doing things a little differently around here!

We start with our creamy original cheesecake, bake an ENTIRE pumpkin pie right in the middle, then top that beauty with pumpkin cream cheese icing, all those cozy fall spices, and a generous drizzle of pumpkin spice sauce.

We don’t just love her for her personality. I mean… LOOK AT HER. 😍

Peanut Butter Fudge is honestly a knockout.

Today, we get to use cheesecake to do something bigger. 🤍

Zack + Kaitlyn Hatton are growing their family through adoption, and today we have the privilege of coming alongside them as they prepare to bring their baby girl home. 🥹

Here’s how you can be part of it:

🤍 There will be a “Tip Jar” for the Hatton family at BOTH City Hall Cheesecake locations today. Every dollar placed in those jars will go directly to Zack + Kaitlyn and their adoption expenses.

🤍 We’re also donating a portion of today’s sales from BOTH locations to their adoption fund.

🤍 Zack + Kaitlyn will be at our Silo Square location tonight from 5–7 PM! Come meet them, hug their necks, hear a little of their story, and remind them that they have a whole community cheering them on.

So basically… today is a really good day to eat cheesecake. 😉

S’mores… but we made it cheesecake. And obviously, we did the absolute most. 🤎🔥

Chocolate crust. Chocolatey cheesecake loaded with Ghirardelli chocolate, marshmallows, and graham baked all the way through.

Then we top the whole thing with toasted marshmallows, chocolate buttercream, graham cracker crumbs, and a generous chocolate drizzle—because around here, more is more.

It’s gooey. It’s chocolatey. It’s ridiculously decadent. And it tastes like sitting around a fall bonfire… except there are no mosquitoes and you don’t smell like smoke afterward. 😂

If summer has to end, THIS is how we’re ushering in fall.

Some things are just bigger than cheesecake. 🤍

This Thursday, we get to use our little corner of the world to rally around a family we dearly love — and help bring a baby girl home.

Our former employee and dear friend Kaitlyn Hatton and her husband, Zack, are ADOPTING! 🥹🤍

And this story is especially sweet.

Kaitlyn and Zack met through Central Church and have been together for four years, married for three. Adoption was part of their conversations long before they were married — in part because adoption is woven into Kaitlyn’s own story. At 15, she was adopted by her aunt and uncle, an experience she remains incredibly grateful for.

At 17, Kaitlyn received a diagnosis that left her afraid she might never have the opportunity to become a mother. After more than two and a half years of struggling with infertility, she and Zack were tired and discouraged.

And then came a phone call. A connection. A baby girl. 🤍

Their daughter is due in November, and they are absolutely over the moon preparing to welcome her into their family.

So Thursday, we’re doing what we do best at City Hall Cheesecake: using cheesecake to love people.

Fall finally got the memo. 🍂🍎

And honestly, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than Dutch Apple Pie Cheesecake.

Because this one? It’s a whole experience.

Creamy cheesecake absolutely LOADED with chunks of baked cinnamon apples. Homemade cinnamon streusel piled on top. A generous drizzle of gooey caramel sauce because you already know how we feel about more being more.
