Delicious Date Bark Hearts! Pump them out in a jiff with your DIY spirit and a few simple ingredients. 💚

Get started with:
Dates
Your favorite nut butter
Your favorite nuts!
Chocolate chips (for melting)
Flaky sea salt
& one heart-shaped ice mold

Instructions:
Open the dates and remove pits.
Press one date into each heart (inside facing up).
Add a dollop of nut butter and some nuts to each date.
Melt chocolate chips with a little coconut oil and drizzle on top.
Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to cool in the freezer.
After an hour, pop out your date hearts and enjoy!

That feeling when your heart skips a BEET for the pretty pink velvet cake! 🩷

Make a Valentine's Day masterpiece that's high in protein, low in calories and fat and gets its rosy blush all naturally from beets by .kitchen. 💕

Ingredients for cake:
- 80 g. Steamed Beets
- ⅔ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 160 ml.
- 1½ Tbsp. Unsweetened Applesauce, 22 g.
- 80 g. Whey-Casein Vanilla Protein Powder
- ⅓ Cup + 2 tsp. Flour, 45 g.
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder

Ingredients for frosting:
- ½ cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 112 g.
- 15 g. Steamed Beet
- ¼ Cup Whey-Casein Vanilla Protein Powder, 22 g.
- Sprinkles

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 6-inch cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
Blend steamed beet, almond milk, and applesauce on high until smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla protein powder, flour and baking powder.
Add the blended beet mixture to the dry ingredients and fold until just combined. The batter should be smooth and thick.
Taste the batter and add sweetener as needed.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely.

For the Frosting:
Blend yogurt and steamed beet until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, add protein powder and mix until smooth and combined.
Cool frosting in the refrigerator to thicken while the cake cools.

Once the cake is completely cool...
Spread the frosting on and around the cake, and add sprinkles, if desired and enjoy!

Instructions:
Lay out biscuits
Add mozzarella and your toppings
Close the dough, making a tight ball
Coat with a mixture of 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tsp of parsley & 1 tsp of parmesan
Cook in the air fryer at 350 F for 13-15 minutes.

How to create your bowl:
Prepare your squash: Cut lengthwise, clean out seeds, drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and pop it in the oven at 375 for about 30 minutes.
Prepare your beef: Brown and season beef and let sit on simmer.
Prepare your burger toppings.

1 cup self-rising gluten-free flour
3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:
1. Combine flour and yogurt and mix well.
(Brush with egg wash and add toppings, if desired.)
2. Form into bagel shapes and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, raise oven temp to 475°F and bake for another 10 minutes.

Pick up what you need at Sprouts for a well-rounded, gluten-free dinner in a snap.
1. Organic Turmeric Rice
2. Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
3. A veggie of your choosing (broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
