Completely forgot to take pretty photos of the cookie dough stuffed cupcakes for my dear friend’s bridal shower this weekend!

I did manage to take a picture of mine at the shower, and a couple of the tasty insides! The variety included:
- chocolate cupcakes with double chocolate edible cookie dough
- vanilla cupcakes with chocolate chip edible cookie dough
- funfetti cupcakes with birthday cake sprinkle edible cookie dough!

Hearts and figs for this fifteenth anniversary!

A lot of people ask about the cake itself. I bake thick, *fluffy* cakes rather than some of the thin layers or cookies you see on other letter/number cakes. Personally I believe this makes your slices more like a real piece of cake. I only do two layers, as anything more will not only be an excess of frosting, but makes the stability of the cake harder to maintain. See the attached picture for this light and airy vanilla cake (with a secret strawberry filling 🤫☺️)

In honor of National Lemonade Day, I’m diving into my Mint Lemonade cake! Lemon cake soaked in a fresh-picked mint simple syrup, layered with traditional buttercream and a homemade mint lemon curd. Any reason is a good reason to celebrate when cake is involved!

Did you know today was National S’mores Day?

These s’mores macarons were so difficult to do... chocolate and marshmallow was everywhere by the end of it. As I was sitting in frustration covered in sticky sweets, I realized that’s exactly the sign of a good s’more! If you’re not covered in marshmallow and chocolate by the end of it, you did something wrong 😂

Pink might not be your color, but don’t fret! With a full rainbow to choose from, the word “no” is not an option!

This 8th anniversary cake was vanilla with fresh strawberry filling, and a blueberry cream cheese frosting. With the couple’s favorite colors being red & dark blue, my fear was creating a 4th of July tribute, but this cake came out perfect for the two of them ♥️💙

I fully support the spoiling of any and all dogs 😂

Goose-dog celebrated her one year adoptaversary with a tasty and healthy carrot & peanut butter cake. Her and her pupfriends loved it and with zero sugar (aside from the PB), it was perfect for their puppy palettes. These cakes are definitely available for order if you’re as over the top as I am 😂
