Second pie of the season - berries are ripe and plentiful!

Filling:
3 cups fresh blueberries
3/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp complete pancake mix (to thicken mixture)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix together and fill pie crust. Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter, cubed, before adding lattice top.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes
