What should have been a 15-minute cattle move turned into nearly two hours yesterday when one stray calf got separated from the herd.
After getting mom #107 back to him, she led him right through the gate and all was well.
Days like this remind us that raising cattle takes time... and patience. We're just thankful to be heading into June with belly-deep grass and happy cows.
Our farm shop is open tomorrow—we'd love to see you!
