Hey eastern North Carolina! We’ve got your NC Rockfish for the holidays! To each of you that have always enjoyed rockfish during the holiday’s, we have them! We have 3-4 lb fish for grilling or baking… you want them, we’ve got them! 3/4-1 1/4 pan rock for frying… the ones you always want to keep when fishing… we have them.

These are WHOLE fish. We currently DO NOT clean or process fish.

These are LOCAL farm raised. No hormones, no antibiotics, no growth stimulators. Sustainably produced. NC State University developed!

What do our fish eat???? Fish are fed a commercial diet, developed by researchers and universities specializing in farmed fish production. The varied sizes are adjusted as the fish grow. Also, the colors represent the protein level of the feed. Think of it as feeding any other livestock, cat, or dog.
