This is 1 of my favorite crock pot recipes:
1 large Turkey breast or 3-4 chicken breast-bonesless skinless
Chicken stock
1 can beans-any whole beans
1 can tomatoes or rotel
1 can corn or 1 1/2 - 2 cups frozen or fresh
Chicken seasoning
Cream cheese
Season meat, add 1 cup chicken stock, rinsed beans, tomatoes, corn and 1/2 block cream cheese.
If you start in the morning cook on low. If you start in afternoon cook on high 2 hrs then switch to low. 30 min before dinner add the other 1/2 cream cheese.
We make burritos. Tortillas, cheese, salsa.
