Thank you Baylor University for inviting us to be part of the Baylor Faculty & Staff Appreciation Night! 💛

It was lovely being part of this evening with other small businesses, especially getting to be tent buddies with Curry Up & Wok This Way | Thai Food In Waco, TX and getting to share Kottage with the Baylor community. Thank you to those who stopped by our tent to say hi or try our food!

As our first catering event this size, we are SUPER SUPER grateful for our small but mighty team who stepped up, brought their individual skills, learned new things, pivoted and adapted so well throughout for this event!! (Jonathan, Evie, elianaaaa ) 👏🥹🫶🔥💪

Come by and try our crunchy & juicy tenders. They’re battered in rice flour, making them naturally gluten-free, then seasoned in three stages with our Southern-inspired blend and fried in beef tallow. For our GF friends they are fried in dedicated fryer. 🫶

It amazes us how many of you come to pick up your orders from all over, even those driving 40 minutes. 🥹 We’re so, so grateful for every person who makes the drive & supports our dream of sharing Korean street food. 🫶

But some days, you just don’t feel like leaving the house. We have those days too when you want to stay in, relax, and enjoy a good meal from the comfort of your own home. So as we continue to grow, we’re making it a little easier to enjoy your favorite Korean fried chicken and corn dogs from wherever you are! 🚗💨

Photoshoot with HOT Foodies | Texas Food Blog was such a fun and memorable experience. From blasting summer playlists to laughing through the rain and enduring Texas heat, we’re so grateful for Amanda’s kindness, generosity, and the way she genuinely poured into Kottage.
