o came before them while teaching their children the inherited values of family. While the company has grown, La Autentica Foods treasures every day, the trust placed in its brands to consistently produce and deliver quality products. We work closely with our suppliers and our distribution partners to service markets throughout the US and the Caribbean. We cherish our relationship with restaurant owners taking into considerations their concerns, their suggestions because we have become friends and because we have the same goal: feeding our patrons fresh, healthy and tasty food. In 2005, with the ever growing demand for Hispanic dishes, La Autentica Foods , acquired its first USDA processing Plant . Through our La Autentica Brand our customers were now able to have access to authentic dishes such as Mexican Tamales, Taquitos and Burritos. In addition, through our La Milpa brand, we have been able to offer a large array of delicious product tailored for the Latin and Carribean market such as Cuban Tamales, our signature Cod Croquettes , Stuffed sweet plantains, Stuffed potatoes and Stuffed Cassava. As a family-owned and family-oriented manufacturing plant, we know that there is no better scene to a parent than children eating happily and no better satisfaction than knowing that they are being fed superior food.
