Another layer of biosecurity at Leaf Creek! All incoming water now runs through a UV sterilizer before it hits the pre-filters and the reverse osmosis system. Bad guys out, good stuff in!!

It’s harvest day! 🌿

Fresh basil is coming out of the greenhouse today and headed straight to Garrett’s Country Mart, Jackrabbit Coffee, and LaFontanella Foods in Kansas City where they make a variety of local sauces distributed in the KC area.

Fresh, locally grown, and harvested at peak flavor—this is basil at its best.
