🌱🌸 The fields are officially planted and sprouting! Bella has been keeping a close eye on everything and celebrating every new sprout that appears. We’ve been busy around the farm with a new veggie garden fence and a few more surprises we can’t wait to share. It’s going to be such a beautiful summer at Bella’s Flower Farm. ❤️🚜✨

So much beauty on the farm, even in the off season 🌿 it may be 50° here today but It’s officially MAY and we are ready!!!

Last year my Facebook posting was lacking, but our summer was full and wonderful. 🌿 We had some weather-related growing pains (sunflowers took forever!), but the gardens did not disappoint. We added so many new things, met so many new photographers and friends! We have so much to add this year! Ready to do it all over again — but different. 🫶🏼 Love this little family and life of ours!! Here’s a huge random photo dump of the summer!

Progress! Zinnia field is beautiful and it will just get more beautiful and full! White mixed flower patches are starting to take off! We still only have a couple sunflowers bloomed in the sunflower field but I can see heads with yellow so any day now those will start popping too! The weather has been so weird making things take longer then expected. We had some sections blow over as well. Farming is all trial, error and stress 😅🤣 but this is when you start to feel like it’s all worth it 🥰 Flower photoshoots have started too! I love seeing all the other photographers here enjoying them as well! I felt like it was a crime to not share! We will start making bouquets this week to put in the stand so even more people can enjoy them too!! 🩷

🌿 So much green now, but it’s about to explode with color!
The zinnias have just started popping open — and in just a few days, the field will be bursting with blooms! We’ll begin cutting soon, and as we do, they’ll reward us with bigger, better flowers. 🌸
The sunflowers are growing tall and should start blooming by the end of the month 🌻 And even though the full color hasn’t hit yet, the lush green feels like a beautiful kind of calm before the show begins. ✨

The first field has seedlings and the last two sections are finally planted! Those two sections will be purple & white cosmos & zinnias! Last weekend we planted the sunflowers so we should see them appear in the next few days!!! Pumpkins are growing well already in their little patch! Dahlias are also blooming in the front and we are planting all our tubers out back next then we should be all planted finally! Until I come up with something else last minute 🤪 Oh and to top it off our peacock, Peter, finally gave me our first feather since we got him 💚💙
