We are currently working on getting our stone ground wheat flour figured out. It’s a little bit different than grinding corn. So if you like plain bread flour that hasn’t been bleached to death and filled with chemicals that even we can’t pronounce, stay tuned my hungry patrons!!

Buy local, shop local.
You probably hear that a lot.

We built our business on that very idea.
A small local grits mill.
We got all the permits and inspections and insurance.
Does anyone else on here know what a methanol extraction aflatoxin test is?
We do!
Our red corn comes from Cherokee County.
Our yellow corn comes from Chester County!

According to all the “glass half empty weather folks”, we’re about to experience the worst ice apocalypse ever!

36 years ago, a recently laid-off asbestos factory worker in Nevada named Eddie Johnson packed up his wife, two kids, and dog Snot in the family RV and drove 1,746 miles to Chicago to surprise his brother & family for Christmas.
