Our family farm started from nothing, first-generation beekeepers who figured it out as we went, one hive at a time. (Still figuring it out, honestly!) Because of this community, we get to keep pushing forward.

Mann Lake, one of our trusted suppliers and the place where every beekeeper's wish list lives, reached out to us and donated equipment to help us get our hives back in the field. They came to us. That's the kind of company they are.

To everyone who supported us with your encouragement, your donations, your shares, and everything in between: Thank you. Truly. When our morale took a hit, you all turned it into something that lifted us back up. We can’t put into words what that means to us.

Thanks to your generosity, we're closing our GoFundMe and turning toward what's next: rebuilding. And we’re excited to share with you what that looks like over the upcoming bee seasons.

Shout out to good people everywhere. It’s been nothing short of encouraging to see what a strong and special community we all have that support our honeybees, local businesses, and our beekeepers.

Hi all! We hope you’ve been enjoying this beautiful day as much as our bees have.

Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone who has shown how much you care for our bees and family business.

While we have no update on the culprits, we do have an update on our bees. They’ve been bringing in pollen and raising brood!

Pollen is rich in protein, fat, carbs, and vitamins that are vital for both the bees and their babies. Around this time of year, some of their wild pollen sources include skunk cabbage, maple trees, willows, and soon dandelions.

We’re so happy to be back in our bee yards again and we look forward to a great bee season!!

We have been overwhelmed by the love and support following the deliberate fire at one of our bee yard locations in Industry, PA. Our family is extremely grateful for your kindness and messages.

Though it has been demoralizing, we are continuing with our regular spring program in caring for the rest of our hives and we will keep you posted if we learn more.

Many have asked about the GoFundMe and we wanted to confirm that a kind community member and neighbor, Cheryl Sowers, created the fundraiser for us.

Today our hearts are heavy. On the 26th of February, at one of our bee yard locations, we witnessed the aftermath of deliberate destruction of our beehives. Mark and Lily were out doing routine checks on the hives, as well as providing pollen substitute patties, when they came across our bee yard at Industry, Pa burnt to the ground.

Tens of thousands of honey bees turned to ash, along with the boxes and pallets they were once housed in.

This was a significant loss of animal life, as well as the principle of our livelihood, although we intend to regroup and rebuild.

A police report has been filed, and we ask that any information that can help solve this case be reported directly to Mark Bedillion at 724-747-4645, by text or call.

There will be a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this person or persons.
