We appreciate all of you that have purchased beef from our farm. Another share of beef will b ready the first of December. Let me know if you have thought about buying all natural grassfed beef in bulk. It is the most cost effective way to feed your family or share. You can buy a quarter or half cow. For smaller purchases by the pound, we are selling ground beef, stew beef, roasts and cube steaks.

A quarter of cow includes lbs of hamburger, 3 chuck roasts, 1 shoulder roast, 1 bottom round roast, 1 rump roast, 1 brisket, 8 lbs of cube steak, 5 lbs of stew beef, 2 packs of ribeyes with 2 each, 2 packs of ny strips with 2 each, 1 pack of sirloin steaks with 2 each, 5 lbs of kabobs and soup bones. All are numbers are our figured averages of past orders.

If you aren't interested now, you maybe interested in the future. There is an tasty difference in local, grass-fed beef and the pink stuff you buy at Sam's Club (or your local grocery).

Fresh, grass fed brisket $9/lb (3-4.5 lb), liver $3/lb and a variety of roast (chuck, shoulder, rump roast)$8/lb (2.5-4 lb). I'm happy to drop off if you are close, or bring with me to school or church.

Grass fed chuck roast was for lunch. I rub it with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoky paprika. Doused it with some Worcestershire sauce and chopped onions, then filled the pot with beef broth. The roast pressure cooked in my instapot for 70 minutes and BAM delicious, tender roast. The five us ate all we wanted and Kenny has 4 large portioned meals ready for this week. Our roasts are $8/lb. This one was 3.77 lbs.

Message me if you are interested in buying larger amounts of grass fed beef, such as a 1/4 or 1/2 of a cow. This gives you more cut selections like roasts and steaks along with ground beef. ...You will need more freezer space as well. ....suzanne
