PRODUCE FARM ANNOUNCEMENT!

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) season will be here soon, hopefully, because I can only take this super cold weather for so long! CSA season is May to mid September.

Two share options:
Full season CSA- $300, 20 weeks

Monthly CSA- $60 the first Wednesday every month accept for July and September $75 per month

4 SPOTS are ONLY available!

Please let me know if you are interested by Feb. 18th so I can have a good idea how much seed to buy and start.

All members need to pay a deposit, $60 by February 27th in order to hold your spot. For Monthly CSA Members, this will be your May payment.

CSA pick up is at my home in Hicksville OH on Wednesdays. This year, my goal, is to start CSA pickups the first Wednesday of May with lettuce, spinach and root vegetables. Pickup times are 9am-7pm on Wednesdays. Please let me know in advance if you will need to pick up another day since I like to harvest the day before in order for you to have the freshest produce as possible!

My husband came back from the woods hunting with not a deer but Chicken of the Woods! I've always wanted to find one of these and try cooking it. This one is huge, and he said there are two more that he saw out there!

This week, I had help filling the CSA'S from a wonderful farm and friend, Sara Hammon, from Heritage Generational Farms . Their organically grown squash and pumpkins are beautiful!
