In late March the District kicked off its Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) Update project. Join us again for the final meetings where we will review the final draft of the plan. You may review the draft on our website at: https://www.hvlcsd.org/local-hazard-mitigation-plan. A hardcopy will also be printed upon request at the District office.
