A little update from Rosa Farm

The stand is closed, and has been for a bit. Between my husband being sick, storm cleanup, and the fair season pulling everyone in different directions, we needed to press pause and catch our breath.

This isn't goodbye at all, we have the rest of the season to continue, we will reopen. Just keep following along here and we'll let you know when the ovens are back on.

Thinking ahead: would pre-orders be something you'd use? The idea is I'd post what's baking each week, you'd order and pay ahead, then pick up at the stand...plus a little extra out front for walk-ups. Tell me below if that's your thing

My mind is working in overdrive with cookie ideas and possibly a new bread.

So we will be closed this week but open Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to open tomorrow as planned.

I wasn’t able to get all of the baking done that I had promised, and rather than open without what I had planned for the stand, I’ve decided it’s best to take the day.

I truly apologize to anyone who was looking forward to stopping by. I appreciate your understanding more than you know.

Sometimes farm life, bakery life, and family life don’t all cooperate, and at the end of the day, family will always be my priority.

We will be open Saturday & Sunday and I’ll have the weekend baking ready for you!

Thank you for always supporting our little farm and for giving me grace when life happens.

FARM STAND SCHEDULE UPDATE!

Because Labor Day was Monday, apparently my brain (Jess) decided we needed to completely rearrange the days of the week.

So, today was our “Monday,” which means tomorrow is our “Tuesday,” and Thursday will be our “Wednesday.”

We will NOT be open tomorrow (Wednesday).
We will be back to our adjusted schedule on Thursday!

Then Saturday & Sunday we will be back to our normal, as-always schedule.

Leave it to me (Jess) to somehow get completely lost in the days of the week.

Thanks for bearing with my post-holiday calendar confusion!

I think I went a bit crazy, maybe even overboard on bagel making. There is plenty left! Casey surely doesn't need them all, though the boy would eat them, growing teen and all!
