🔥 Smokin Sundays 🔥(more like Monday, but who’s counting!)

Langston had an idea for dinner: spatchcock one of our farm fresh chickens and smoke it whole! 🍗🔥

He prepped the chicken himself, got it on the smoker, and filled the yard with the best smell. We love seeing him try something new in the kitchen—especially when we get to enjoy the results around the table.

Farm raised, Langston approved! ❤️

🐔 **New Chickens Have Arrived!** 🌾

Our newest flock is officially here! We’re excited to raise these chickens right here on the farm, with plenty of care and attention along the way.

In about **8 weeks**, they’ll be ready for processing and available for your freezer! 🐔❄️

🔥 Smokin Sundays 🔥

When it’s 100° outside we trade the smoker in for some old fashioned PAN FRIED CHICKEN! It is a labor of love. Reminds me of when my Grandma would make it after church on Sundays. You have to cook it low and slow, but it is so worth it!

vorites… SMOKED QUESO! 🧀🔥

Creamy, cheesy, smoky, and loaded with flavor. We threw it on the smoker and let that good wood-fired flavor do its thing. 🤤

We’ve worked hard this year on being better stewards of the ground our cows graze, and it is paying off. Fresh green grass for the ladies and they are loving life!

Our crew enjoyed a beautiful day at the MO State Fair on Monday. The weather was perfect!!! A good time was had by all!
