Dolomite – a mineral, a rock, and a pilsner.

Dolomite (5.1%) is a super clean and crisp lager with a delicate bitterness and a peppery finish thanks to the multiple Noble hop additions of Saaz. This is a crushable beer perfect for kicking back by the fire. Dolomite is the first beer of Highrail’s new Geology Series. Dolomite is a translucent mineral found across parts of North Jersey that was mined in our neighboring Town of Clinton at the Mulligan’s Quarry (aka the Red Mill).

What a day to hit some trails.

Nassau trails (6.6%) is our New England IPA that’s juicy and hazy with notes of pineapple, coconut, tangerine, and herbal spice notes with a super soft mouthfeel. Heavily hopped with Sabro, Eukanot, and Zythos.

Join us on Thursday, April 6, for Trivia Night hosted by Trivia Time! Our first of three this year!
