Check out our duck breast that a customer of ours made! She did a sous vide and then browned the breast. Looks delicious!

We had an eventful Sunday afternoon.

We got a visit from Anton Kotar, the owner of Anton's in Kansas City! Anton’s restaurant serves grassfed beef and just recently opened his own processing facility. We crossed paths with Anton after reading some articles about him and searching for some more processors!

We gave Anton a small tour of our farm and it was a great learning opportunity, for both parties!

Hey everyone!

An email was sent out, but we are letting you all know that our online store has been updated with our current inventory that we have on hand! We are also having our usual pre-order pickup this Thursday, the 28th, from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Meadows over by BC’s Kitchen. If you have any questions or come across an issue with our store, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we will help you.

We are also picking up our ground beef later this week! That means the limits will be lifted when it’s counted and added to our store. When we get the beef, count it all and add it to the store, we will let you know!

Hey everyone!

We hope everyone had a good weekend. We have been busy around the farm lately, with putting finishing touches on our delivery option, starting the process for another certification under our belt, delivering critters to our new processor and many more!

We are having our pre-order pickups this Thursday, the 21st, from 6:30-7:30 pm. We are going to be at the Meadows, by the Loft store which is by BC’s Kitchen. Our online store has been updated with our current inventory that we have on hand. If you have any issues with using the store, please don’t hesitate to send us a message or give us a call.

Lastly, the opening weekend of the market is still slated for April 4th! If the date changes, we will let you all know!

Becca: a great livestock guardian dog, stays with the sheep. Works well with the other guardian dogs.

Also Becca: will steal your packages after greeting the FedEx person and you have to go out to the pasture to get it!
