Well, even with Trooper being a toe man, he’s officially found his forever home.🤪😂

Happy trails Trooper. We will forever be grateful for getting to be apart of your story and being in the right place at the right time. It’s a huge bonus I’ve made friends with his adoptive momma and will get updates. 🖤

Ginger came to me at 3 months old found in a box. GSD / BM mix, Female - 2 years old, spayed and UTD on shots/preventative, crate and house trained. I am currently working with a specialist to reduce her triggers and provide more positive reinforcement. She is dog reactive and currently training to work on this fear based aggression. Ginger would be best suited for an ONLY pet home, or with a good corrective housemate. She has bit a FUR sibling she has lived with for two years, who is a senior. We are not suited or have a lifestyle where we can truly rehab her to where she needs to be.

She would be amazing for an experienced handler or trainer who can put this dog to work. She is fantastic at scent work and loves to run. Ginger is loving, highly intelligent and high prey/ball drive. She loves to play fetch and ball. She is slender, fast and smart as a whip. She is a loving and laid back dog when she’s comfortable and happy, which makes the whole situation even more difficult for our family.

This is the last thing I want to do as a pet owner, but my senior dog and my young daughter’s safety comes first.

The Guilford County Animal Services posted on Facebook that they need emergency short-term fosters for their dogs while they undergo kennel renovations. An entire row of kennels will be renovated starting Sept. 26, and they are hoping to find people who can open their homes to the pooches for a week or two.

A few have message about Salem! Salem was vaccinated and neutered and in his trial adoption era! Once healed from neuter & last vet appointment, adoption will be finalized. Another baby saved into a loving home. Thank you for sharing his post as that is what got him adopted super quick!🖤 🐈‍⬛

If you contact our rescue asking us to do courtesy post before contacting us please have all the basic information about the said animal. Like, is the animal good with other animals, such as dogs or cats. Is the animal up to date on shots, spayed or neutered? Good manners/bad manners. The more you can tell us the more likely we can help get them adopted. SO many do NOT understand the average cost for basic vaccinations for a dog is $350. Spay and neuter cost, $200-$300 depending on size. This can make a huge difference in someone’s willingness to adopt the said animal or not. Even being 501c3 we have no partnered vet that works with us at “discounted rates”.

Thank you for understanding!!!
