Hello Fall! The days are a little shorter and cooler. Think about "distanced" family dinners serving lasagna or manicotti. Love this idea for a Sunday dinner. Tell them that you love them and hold them close. Blessings to you and your families.

It's Sunday night and the quiet before the busy workweek. Thinking about easy and fast meals for the family. Parla is always in our freezer. We had manicotti tonight with a delicious turkey meat sauce and salad with homemade caesar dressing. We will have leftovers for another meal. Yum....

It's Thursday and we are closing in on the weekend. I begin thinking about my weekly grocery run and "What's For Dinner" for the rest of the week. It's supposed to rain all weekend-bummer but that means cooler and thinking about Eggplant Parmesan and a crisp salad of butter greens or caesar salad with homemade croutons and dressing-YES we like anchovies. LOL. Well...off to the work day. Ya'll be safe!!!

It's FRIDAY!!! Yea-the weekend is calling my name. Oh, that reminds me of a favorite song-1975 " Summertime's Calling Me" by Catalina's. That song will make you want to: "sit there in the sand" -dance- smile- think about fun times. "Maybe some day soon, I can feel this way year round" "I know it isn't fair, cause you might really care-but it's different now that summertime's callin' me". We ALL want to get back to life as we remembered. This season in life will pass. Stay safe, make good choices and enjoy some pasta to comfort you while you are home.

It's Sunday and it looks like another hot day. Why not plan a cool meal for dinner. How about some Parla Cheese Ravioli tossed little olive oil. Add some garden veggies..I love garden tomatoes lightly sprinkled with salt and pepper, EVOO and fresh basil. Light and filling- and oh so FRESH!
