🍂 RAE’S TEE’Z & TREAT’Z
LIMITED-TIME SPECIALTY ITEMS
CUSTOMER RULES & EXPECTATIONS
These specialty items are available only for a limited time and while supplies last. By placing an order, making a payment, or accepting an order confirmation, the customer agrees to the terms below.
💰 PAYMENT POLICY
• Full payment is due when the order is placed unless Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z provides different written instructions.
• An order is not accepted, confirmed, scheduled, or guaranteed until the required payment has been received and acknowledged.
• Event orders totaling $100 or more require a retainer to reserve the requested date. The date is not held until the retainer has been paid and confirmed.
• The retainer is applied to the final balance.
• Once the event date is reserved, the retainer is non-refundable, including if the customer cancels, changes the date, or does not complete the order.
• If the final balance is not paid by the stated deadline, Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z may cancel the order, release the date, and retain any non-refundable retainer or other amounts allowed under this policy.
• Prices depend on the selected items, quantities, flavors, designs, and approved customizations. Approved additions or changes may cost extra and must be paid before preparation begins.
📅 ORDER CONFIRMATION & PICKUP
• Specialty items are prepared specifically for the customer’s confirmed order.
• Customers must provide accurate contact information, order details, and pickup information when ordering.
• The pickup date and time must be selected when the order is placed or confirmed.
• Pickup times are scheduled windows, not open-ended availability. Customers must arrive on time and be ready to receive their order.
• Customers who will be late must contact Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z as soon as possible. A late pickup may require a rescheduled time, additional fee, or another arrangement based on availability.
• Orders may be picked up by the customer or an authorized representative. Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z is not responsible for damage after the order has been released to the customer or representative.
• If an order is not picked up during the agreed-upon window and no alternate arrangement has been approved in writing, the order may be considered abandoned. Perishable items may be discarded for safety and quality reasons, and no refund will be issued.
• Customers are responsible for transporting and storing items properly after pickup. Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z is not responsible for melting, shifting, damage, or spoilage caused by heat, improper handling, transportation, or storage after pickup.
❌ CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by text message, email, or another method approved by Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z.
• A cancellation is not effective until Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z acknowledges it.
• Because specialty items are prepared in limited quantities and supplies may be purchased specifically for each order, payments are generally non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
• Retainers are non-refundable once the date has been reserved.
• If a cancellation is approved before preparation begins, Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund or credit after deducting non-refundable retainers, purchased supplies, processing fees, and other costs already incurred.
• No refund or credit is guaranteed for cancellations made after preparation begins, supplies are purchased, or the order is completed.
• Date, quantity, flavor, and other order changes depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
• Approved changes may require additional payment. If a change lowers the order total, Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z may issue the difference as a credit instead of a cash refund.
• Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z may cancel an order if payment is not received, required information is missing, the customer violates these terms, or circumstances outside the business’s reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
• If Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z cancels an order for a reason within its control, any refund will be limited to amounts paid for items that were not provided. Non-refundable fees and costs already incurred may be excluded where permitted by law.
🍎 CARAMEL APPLES
• Caramel apples are made fresh for each confirmed order.
• Toppings, colors, decorations, and ingredients may vary slightly based on availability.
• Minor appearance differences are normal because each item is handmade and may be affected by temperature, humidity, and handling.
• Caramel or chocolate may soften, shift, crack, or change slightly during transportation or storage.
• For best quality, enjoy caramel apples as soon as possible after pickup and follow any storage instructions provided.
• Customers must promptly report any issue and, if requested, provide photographs and return the item for review. Resolutions are handled case by case.
🍰 MINI CAKES & COOKIES
• Flavors, fillings, toppings, colors, and designs are limited to the specialty menu unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
• Handmade items may vary slightly in size, shape, color, placement, and decoration. These variations are not defects when the item remains substantially consistent with the confirmed order.
• Reference photos are for inspiration only. Exact duplication of another baker’s work, photograph, logo, character, or copyrighted design is not guaranteed.
• Customizations outside the advertised specialty menu must be requested before confirmation and are subject to availability, approval, and additional charges.
• A customization is included only if it appears in the written order confirmation.
• Last-minute substitutions, flavor changes, design changes, quantity changes, and custom requests are not guaranteed. Requests may be refused if they cannot be completed safely or on schedule.
🎨 CUSTOMIZATION TERMS
• Customers must review all order details before payment or confirmation, including flavors, quantities, colors, spelling, names, dates, and pickup information.
• Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
• After confirmation, changes require approval and may result in additional charges or a revised pickup time.
• Custom requests are accepted only when confirmed in writing by Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z. A request, inspiration photo, or verbal discussion does not guarantee approval.
• If an ingredient, color, topping, decoration, or packaging item becomes unavailable, Rae’s Tee’z & Treat’z may offer a reasonably similar substitute or contact the customer about available options.

These are LIMITED-TIME SPECIALTY ITEMS.
Orders are accepted only during the published ordering period and while supplies last. After the ordering window closes, orders may no longer be accepted, changed, or added to the production schedule.
Payment does not guarantee approval of requests that are not included in the confirmed order. Only the written order confirmation controls the final items, quantities, flavors, customizations, price, and pickup details.
