MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Bare Knuckle Nation - STL

What do you get when you put five former St. Louis Blues players, a love of BBQ, and a whole lot of personality together? You get Bare Knuckle BBQ!

Bare Knuckle BBQ is a collaboration featuring former St. Louis Blues players Tony Twist, Cam Janssen, Jamie Rivers, Reed Low, and Jim “Soupy” Campbell—five guys who know a thing or two about playing tough and bringing the heat.

But behind this fun and unique brand is someone working hard to make it all happen—Jamie. Jamie is the hard-working brains behind the scenes, putting in the time, energy, and dedication to build the brand and turn the idea into a successful business.

We love that Bare Knuckle BBQ brings together St. Louis hockey history, great BBQ, and local entrepreneurship all in one brand. It’s a perfect example of the creativity and determination we see in our Kitchen Hub members every day. They have been members since June 2025.

Jamie, we are so proud to have you and Bare Knuckle BBQ as part of the Kitchen Hub family! Keep pushing, keep growing, and keep bringing the heat!

We’re proud to spotlight a St. Louis favorite — Anthoninos Taverna

Known throughout St. Louis for their incredible quality, Anthonino’s brings the flavors of Greece and Italy to the table with their amazing authentic salad dressings. From rich, flavorful Greek dressing to classic Italian, their products reflect the same passion for quality and tradition that has made Anthonino’s Taverna so well known in our community.

We’re thrilled to have them as part of the Kitchen Hub family and love watching their business continue to grow and bring authentic flavors to your table even more people. They have been a member since June 2025.
