As I look at this sink with 40lbs of pears in it Im wondering if this will take all day. It looks like it will. Im reminding myself even though its a lot of work its so much better for Thomas & us. I know what's in the cans of pears if I do it myself. So I guess its time to stop stalling & get pealing.

Lots of peaches. 25lbs turned into 12.5 quarts of canned peaches. Last batch is in the canner now. Greatful to be able to do this myself so that we KNOW what's in our food.
